Start to finish, Burke ER made a very unpleasant experience, pleasant! I spoke to John on the Saturday of our basement flooding and Cody showed up roughly 2 hours later to start the cleanup process. We recently had our washing machine that is on the second floor of our home flood and I would never use anyone but Burke's if we need remediation again! They came right out and immediately got to work. They even took our clothing items that were drenched in the mudroom below the flooded floor to sanitize! The construction part of their business was so easy to work with and efficient. Highly recommend them in the very stressful situation of a home flood.
