“My wife and I contacted your company last week when our hot water system failed and flooded our basement, and we needed to get dried out. Shortly after we called, your employees Adam and Raz came out to our house and began the process of removing the water. Both my wife and I were very impressed with your workers. They were hard-working and professional and very helpful to us in getting that situation under control and taken care of. Adam in particular did a very good job of explaining things to us, showing us what needed to be done before he did it, and also making sure he was thorough in his work. He seems very detail oriented and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. As you can imagine, when you see your house turned upside down the way ours was, it is not a very easy thing to deal with. They were there until very late at night and Adam was on the phone with me at 8:30 the next morning checking in and making arrangements with me to come back to our home. His dedication to the customer is not something you see a lot of and we are very impressed with him. In the days following the flood, Adam was very good about follow up, and follow through. He was back to the house a couple of times to check the progress of the drying, to remove the machines, to take pictures and each time he was courteous and professional. He didn’t even mind when I called him on Sunday afternoon with a question even though he wasn’t working. We are very thankful to Adam, Raz, and your company for coming to our aid.
